Video #1: Warming Up
There is a sequence of 5 moves you might consider going through when warming up for your daily Tai Chi practice: Ward off Left, Ward off Right, Roll Away, Press and Push. These 5 movements account for 16 of the 60 movements (~ 25%) of the 60 Movement Short Hand Form and offer a great opportunity to move and relax your mind before you start your daily routine. They also offer a great opportunity to begin learning key Tai Chi movements which occur frequently throughout the Form. When warming up, consider cycling through this sequence of moves and see if it helps your overall Form development.
